On this adventure, you will hike and backpack through the woods of Vermont on the Long Trail and the summit trails just off from the long trail, experiencing the canopy of songs from wild birds in the big woods.

The White River flows through a picturesque, open valley with quiet rural surroundings. We'll find dozens of private places to swim, sun and picnic. The river, including tributaries, is over 100 miles long, so we won't run out of water.
