To experience the best hiking and most gorgeous views, Mountain Sky has many hiking options on a daily basis. Explore the beauty of flower-filled meadows, majestic rock overlooks, historical sites, and the wonders of the Gallatin Mountains on foot.

No trip to Mountain Sky would be complete without casting a line in meandering Big Creek, just minutes from your cabin door, one of the many other challenging spring creeks of Paradise Valley, or the world-famous Yellowstone River.

Softball, volleyball and horseshoe games could break out at any time! Float on a raft down the Yellowstone River. Enjoy a scenic drive, or hike in Yellowstone Park, just 30 minutes from the ranch. Or take the time to nurture your body and soul with yoga or a massage.

Mountain Sky offers 30 guest units, nestled in the pines, which can accommodate up to 80 guests. Refurbished rustic one-, two- and three- bedroom cabins date back to 1929, when this authentic working ranch first opened its doors to guests. Many cabins feature a fireplace and large picture window or porches to fully capture the breathtaking mountain views. All of the cabins include coffee and tea service, a small refrigerator, and fresh fruit delivered daily.

Mountain Sky is the perfect summer family getaway, offering special moments together.
