Whether this is your first whitewater rafting trip or you're an experienced rafter, the Lower Yough (pronounced "Yok"), in the heart of The Laurel Highlands, is a blast!! And what could be a better way to spend a hot summer day then on the river?

3 days of WOW! This is an introduction to the charm and history of the Great Allegheny Passage and the C & O Canal towpath. Daily mileage on this trip is an average of about 35 miles per day, 3 to 4 hours on the bike.

Learn the theory and practice of fly casting, knot tying, fly selection etc. On the stream, you'll learn about reading water, presentation, and catching, playing, and releasing fish.

With sections of river ranging from Class I to Class V on our very own Youghiogheny River we personally tailor each clinic to meet your individual needs, from the beginner to the advanced paddler.
